Hi, I’m Sharon. I’ve owned and managed Tiffanys Bridal for more than sixteen years, and am proud to maintain Tiffanys as a Richmond tradition after more than 56 years of this boutique helping brides find their dream gowns. Click here to see me discussing bridal trends on Virginia This Morning. I’m pictured here with my business partner and one of my best friends, Carolyn. Although I’ve known her too many years to count and my daughter is married to her son, neither of us ever imagined we would go into business together. She was one of my biggest supporters when, after 20 years of freelance wedding planning, I decided to become a stylist at Tiffanys, and she was ready to help make it happen when I said I thought I wanted to make the boutique my own.
Also posing with me in our antique mirror from the original Tiffanys store is Ashley, my daughter and Carolyn’s daughter-in-law. The year Carolyn and I took over the business, she had her daughter Grace, pictured below trying on a flower girl dress for a fashion show. Instead of returning to her job, Ashley started on this website. Since then we have worked together as a family and a team to transform Tiffanys, Richmond’s oldest bridal store, from “something old” into “something new.” Our families pitched in to help us move the boutique to the Ridge Shopping Center only two months after we became the new owners for Tiffanys. We love our boutique and the new members of our family: our amazing team of stylists.
